"Come Back to Me" Service
This service, available at Gdańsk Airport, is an innovative solution for passengers who discover prohibited items in their carry-on luggage during security checks, such as large perfume bottles or sharp instruments. Instead of throwing them away, they can deposit them in a special parcel locker outside the passenger terminal. The item is placed in a bag and handed over to staff, and the passenger selects a storage period: 3, 7, or 15 days. Upon return, they can collect it in person or provide a pick-up code to a trusted person. Storage fees are PLN 39, PLN 49, and PLN 69, respectively. This world-first service, introduced by Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport, has gained recognition among travelers.

How it works: 5-step instruction:
- Collect an applicable sticker and packaging from the airport security staff.
- Label your parcel: fill down the sticker and keep the second part of the ticket.
- Give the package to the airport security staff.
- Retrieve the package after your return: if you are unable to retrieve it personally, you can give the ticket or a photo of it to another person to collect it for you.
- Collection point: Cargo Terminal, ul. Słowackiego 204, 80-298 Gdańsk.
Fees (payable during pick-up):
- Up to 3 days: 39 PLN
- Up to 7 days: 49 PLN
- Up to 15 days: 69 PLN
Pick-up hours at the Cargo Terminal:
- Monday: 13:00 – 16:00 and 16:00 – 19:00
- Wednesday: 13:00 – 16:00 and 16:00 – 19:00
- Thursday: 13:00 – 16:00 and 16:00 – 19:00
